DIRECTIONS TO THE AHEC
 The Blue Ridge AHEC office is located at 2007 North Broad Street, NE
in Rome, Georgia.

From Atlanta:
- North on I-75
- Take exit 290 (Rome/Canton)
- Go Left at end of exit ramp, which is West on Hwy 20
- Pass Walmart and Emory Cartersville Hospital on your left
- At the traffic light (“T” intersection), go left
- Get immediately in the right lane
- Right up the exit ramp to a stop sign. Enter this road
- You are now on Routes 41/411
- Follow Routes 41/411 for approximately 3 miles
- Be in the right lane as you approach a Conoco Station on your right
- Look for a small sign to Rome and go RIGHT on 411
- Follow for at least 20 minutes
- Turn Right onto Loop 1/Rome Bypass (look for convenience store on left at intersection)
- Turn Left at the 3rd traffic light onto Hwy 53 (Battery Machinery building on right and church on right across road)
- Pass the county jail and funeral home on the left
- As you start down the hill, get in the right lane. Turn right into the last driveway before the next traffic light at 2005 North Broad Street (Blue Ridge AHEC Enter sign at this driveway. You will see a small Blue Ridge AHEC sign on the chimney on this small house. This is a part of the housing/dorm units, not the office)
- Park behind 2005 North Broad Street in the parking lot and walk next door to 2007 North Broad Street to the Blue Ridge AHEC office (Main level of the “big house”). DO NOT PARK at Robbie Ann’s Coiffures (2003 North Broad Street). Your vehicle will be towed from their parking lot.
From Chattanooga:
- South on I-75
- Take exit 306 (Adairsville)
- Follow for about 15 minutes to a traffic
light with a gas station on the right
- Turn Left onto Hwy 53 West.
Follow for about 15 minutes through a small town called Shannon
- Cross Veterans Memorial Highway, (also known as “the Bypass”). At traffic light, you will see Battery Machinery Building on left and a church on the right, then you will pass the county jail and a funeral home on the left
- As you start down the hill, get in the right lane. Turn right into the last driveway before the next traffic light at 2005 North Broad Street (Blue Ridge AHEC Enter sign at this driveway.
